  • The serial number of your maveo product.
  • The email address of your my maveo account.
  • Screenshots or videos showing the problem are particularly helpful:
    • Are you stuck on a specific step in maveo?
    • Is an error displayed, is an icon shown in red?
  • Status of the affected products:
    • Does the gate drive display an error or number code?
    • What is the LED lighting behavior?
  • Software versions and revision statuses of your maveo products: maveo box, maveo BlueFi Stick, maveo connect stick, maveo stick, maveo sensor h+t, and the maveo app for iOS and Android.

You can find the serial number:

  1. In the maveo app under the burger icon in the top left corner of the screen. Select Settings and the first entry is the serial number.
  2. On the housing of your maveo products. There is a sticker with a small data matrix code. Take a clear photo of it or scan the code with a scanner app.

Open the maveo app, find the burger icon, and then select Settings. Scroll down.

The firmware version of your maveo box is displayed in the app directly under the menu item Settings.

You can find the firmware version of the H+T sensor by opening the Connected devices section under Settings and selecting the sensor there.

Your warranty

Marantec provides a one-year warranty for maveo brand products. The warranty period is determined by the purchase date on your proof of purchase.

Therefore, please keep your proof of purchase in a safe place. This is usually the invoice from the specialist dealer or Marantec partner.
