maveo sensor h+t

In addition to the maveo box, you need a maveo sensor h+t. This measures the humidity at any location near the box. In addition, the so-called "intermediate position OPEN" must be programmed into your drive. This position is approached during ventilation as soon as the humidity value exceeds the limit. Your Marantec specialist partner can set up the desired intermediate position for you.

Set up the intermediate position OPEN yourself:  You can find out how this works in the installation instructions for your drive under "Special functions → Basic functions → Intermediate position OPEN".

There are two ways to add the maveo sensor h+t:

  1. Place the unpacked maveo sensor onto the maveo box and have a look to the maveo app. A setup wizard will appear to help you set up the sensor. If you are told in the app that the setup was successful, remove the sensor from the maveo box and place it about one meter next to the maveo box. The maveo sensor will now show a fast flashing to show that a Bluetooth connection has been initiated. After this light has gone out, you can attach the maveo sensor to the destination. If the setup menu is still displayed, exit it now.
  2. Go to the "smart devices" screen of the maveo app and press the + in the upper left corner. The same assistant will then appear as in point 1 above. Place the maveo sensor onto the box.

It may take a few minutes for your maveo system to update all the data. If you still do not receive any data after more than an hour, delete the sensor and set it up again. You can check whether you can receive data or not by looking for the drop of water and the thermometer in the home screen above the gate display. Or go to the Smart Devices screen and tap the maveo sensor. Here you will also find a tabular display of the measured values.

Yes, simply display all your devices in the "Smart with maveo" app and select the corresponding device. There you can see the current battery status. You can find this under the sandwich menu via "Settings" → "Device connections".

Display all devices in the maveo app. To do this, go to the sandwich menu and scroll to "Connected devices". Here you can view, control and delete all devices.

Of course, it's very easy! Display all your devices in the maveo app and select the appropriate device. Here you can change the name of the device. You can find this menu via the sandwich menu, "Settings" → "Connected devices".

To change the name of your gate: Tap on the Sandwich Menu and then on "Settings" → "Connected Gate Drives" → "Gate Name" and change it.

To change the name of your maveo box: Tap on the Sandwich Menu and then on "Name" and change the name of your maveo box.

If you can't connect to the sensor, check if the sensor is blinking steadily. If it is not, the sensor has no contact with the power source.
Take a look at the power supply. Make sure that the battery is in contact with the metal springs. If necessary, put a flat object under the cap. Then you can try again.

After placing the sensor on the maveo box, you need to set up the maveo sensor in the maveo app, at this point the maveo box communicates with the maveo sensor h+t via the NFC interface. A wizard will guide you through the setup process.

Once the setup in the maveo app is complete, you can remove the maveo sensor h+t again. The Bluetooth® connection is then permanently established. During this connection setup, the LED of the maveo sensor h+t flashes quickly. The connection is constant and permanent when the LED goes out again. Now you can place the maveo sensor at the intended location.

First you should close and restart maveo App. You do this differently depending on the smartphone you are using. Then try connecting again. If the attempt fails again, restart the maveo box. You can also do this via the app. Then try to add the device again.

If you are still unable to add the device, check the connection options on the device itself, the network status, the power supply (batteries, etc.) or refer to the support pages of the device manufacturer.
